The price of gas in Europe approached $740 per 1,000 cubic meters on Monday, according to the ICE exchange.
Thus, the price of October futures contract on the TTF hub in the Netherlands on Monday reached $740.003 per 1,000 cubic meters, or 60.65 euro per MWh.
Earlier on Monday, the price of natural gas in Europe exceeded $730 per 1,000 cubic meters.
At the end of last week, the price of gas in Europe exceeded $700, and then $710 per 1,000 cubic meters.
