State-owned Russian oil major Rosneft has announced the first tenders to sell oil products from its refineries for delivery in 2022, the company said on its electronic platform.
The buyers were invited to bid for diesel and marine diesel oil from Rosneft’s refineries for delivery between January and December 2022.
