Russia’s Tatneft plans to sell up to 1.44 million tonnes of diesel for loading via the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk between January 2022 and March 2023, the company reported via an electronic trading platform.
Buyers are invited to bid for supply of 990,000 tonnes of diesel produced at the TANECO refinery with an extra 450,000 tonnes available via a supplier option.
Two-stage trading procedure will run on the platform operated by the St Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange.
The first stage, in a closed format, starts from 1000 Moscow time (0700 GMT) on Oct. 6 and will run until 1530 Moscow time on Oct. 11.
The second stage, in an open format based on the best bid from the first stage, will run from 1530 to 1600 Moscow time on Oct. 11.
